I'm just as guilty as the next noob, but I'm just tired of keeping up with the latest trends and gadgets and apps and streamlining gear. By the time I'm done, should be perfect for me. Still working on a security system and a Nest thermostat. Plenty of stuff to fall back on as far as Airplay is concerned. ATV3 has the best Netflix app, my receiver (Marantz 6006) for Pandora, other components(Panasonic BDT220 (why I was looking as UMS to begin with), and DTV), w/an iTach, Roomie Remote app, and an iPad was the best solution for whole home automation. So far, for me, the best solution was XBMC for my media and a ATV3 for netflix and what not. Just sold a PCH A200 w/80GB HDD on e-bay. Had a good setup with the add-on but I was just looking for a one stop shop as far as media player.

I do like the PCH but I was having problems with forced subtitles (MI:III, Avatar, others).
